My skin is really sensitive, can I use the mask?
The ximple Skincare Bentonite Clay Mask doesn’t use any nasty nor harmful ingredients. If you’re worried, test the mask on a small patch of your skin eg. Arm for 5-10 Minutes. Remove and check after 12 hours how your skin reacts to the product. If you feel a persisting irritation after 12 hours of testing the product consult with your GP.
Are the ximple products organic?
ximple is all natural. Our Skincare Products are free from any preservatives. We are using finest high quality ingredients which have antibacterial properties to make sure your Bentonite Clay mask stays fresh.
What is the shelf life of the Face Masks?
We do not use any harmful preservatives and make sure that the product is all natural. Therefore our products have a shelf life of 6 months.
Will the mask assist in the removal of acne & pimples?
Indeed! Our masks will gradually assist in the removal of pimples and acne. The ximple Face Mask contains Indian Healing Bentonite Clay and finest Neem Extract which are supportive in removing pollutants which build up on the skins surface.
Is ximple vegan and cruelty free?
The ximple Bentonite Clay Face Mask is vegan friendly & cruelty free. We do not test our product on animals.
Whats the best way to use the Face Mask?
We recommend using warm to hot water and a towel to remove the mask. Rinse gently and wipe the mask off softly with a towel. After the treatment we recommend moisturising to ensure your skin will feel soft and healthy!
I have really sensitive skin. Is the Face Mask safe to use?
Our Face Mask is safe for even the most sensitive skin. We recommend using the ximple Face Mask 3-4 times a week to see the best results. For dry skin we recommend to use the mask 1-2 times a week.

Do I have to pay duties and VAT charges?
If you are located in the European Union, you may receive duty and VAT charges upon import. ximple Skincare has no control over these charges – it is entirely up to the local government / border security and customs office. If you refuse to pay the additional fees at the time of delivery, then your shipment will be returned to us. At that point in time, ximple Skincare agrees to refund your purchase cost (minus shipping cost to and from your country).
